The Challenge: To create an institutional video with a fresh narrative, celebrating the CNE’s 50-year role in Portugal’s democratic history and reinforcing its ongoing importance.

NINA’s Idea & Art: We focused on the idea of “legacy in motion.” Our concept was to craft a visually engaging story that honored the CNE’s past contributions while highlighting its contemporary relevance, using design and animation to convey fairness, independence, and civic mission in a modern context.
